Job summary

Honeywell Malaysia is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to deliver high-quality technical service across multiple customer sites, ensuring system reliability and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in BMS, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to travel 25–50% to client sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in BMS
• Strong troubleshooting and field service expertise
• Engineering Degree or Diploma
• Ability to work onsite and travel between customer locations (25–50%)
• Malaysian citizenship (no visa sponsorship available)
• Practical experience with HVAC Controls
• Practical experience with Fire Alarm Systems (FAS) - Advantageous
• Practical experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS)

Responsibilities

• Deliver service, maintenance, and troubleshooting across customer sites
• Support BMS / HVAC / Fire / Security systems
• Perform system configuration, programming, and commissioning
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues (including networking-related issues)
• Execute small service projects and upgrades
• Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors for service delivery
• Monitor site performance, produce reports, and meet KPIs
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction
• Support financial activities including cost estimation and forecasting
