SGS is seeking a dedicated field sampling and customer care professional in Kulai, Malaysia. You will coordinate sampling activities (food, water, swab, air) and ensure timely reporting, while maintaining strict adherence to ISO/IEC 17025 and SGS QA/QC requirements.

The role involves engaging with clients, expanding service delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. Travel to client sites is required as part of field operations.

Competenze

• Minimum Diploma in Science, Customer Care, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Experience in laboratory, sampling, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel to client sites when required.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and execute sampling activities in accordance with SGS SOPs and client requirements.
• Manage and follow up on day-to-day customer enquiries, ensuring timely and accurate response.
• Ensure all activities comply with ISO/IEC 17025, SAMM policies, SGS QA/QC system, and GCSC requirements.
• Support business growth through effective customer engagement and service delivery.
