Job summary

Farmcochem SDN. BHD. is seeking a Sales Executive/Senior Sales Executive for its Specialty Chemical Division. The role is field-based, visiting growers across Selangor and Pahang to demonstrate products, generate demand, and secure repeat orders.

You will travel frequently, build grower relationships, and support dealers while achieving the annual sales budget. Own transport and a valid driving license are essential, with strong Bahasa Malaysia and English skills.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of field sales experience with a proven track record, preferably working directly with growers or farmers.
• Comfortable spending most of the week in the field visiting growers.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular farm visits to understand growers’ crop problems and recommend suitable products.
• Convert field visits into grower demand and repeat orders, and achieve annual sales budget.
• Work with dealers in your area to ensure stock and support are available where growers buy.
• Set up product demos and on-farm trials for visible results.
• Keep a consistent visit and follow-up cycle with growers, before and after each purchase.
• Build awareness of the company and our products at farm level through grower meetings, field days and promotional activities.
• Capture photos, videos and grower success stories to support Marketing campaigns.
• Identify and develop new growers, growing areas and business opportunities.
• Monitor customer accounts and collect payments within agreed credit terms.
• Report on competitor activity, pricing and grower needs.
