Job summary

DKSH Malaysia is seeking an Executive, Field Sales to supervise sales teams and drive targets across assigned FMCG businesses and territories. You will execute sales plans, build strong customer relationships, and ensure efficient field operations.

The role requires a diploma or relevant certification, 2–3 years in FMCG sales, and solid knowledge of markets, products, and customers. You will report to the sales lead and collaborate with internal teams to deliver growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Business Administration, Marketing Studies, or a relevant field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate sales teams to achieve targets across assigned FMCG businesses and territories.
• Prepare and implement sales action plans including route planning and regular customer calls.
• Track KPIs and sales plans to maintain performance visibility and accountability.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide timely feedback to team members.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely product delivery and support customer satisfaction.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts to facilitate sales closures.
• Monitor competitor activities and propose actions to counter threats.
