Job summary

ECO FARM SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. is seeking an energetic sales professional to promote and sell farm products. You will develop new customers, manage relationships, and work toward ambitious sales targets while providing excellent service.

The role requires travel for customer visits and outstation assignments, with a focus on building long-term client partnerships and contributing to business growth in the market.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; experience in customer relationship management and business development will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and WhatsApp).
• Possess valid driving license.
• Must be willing and able to travel for customer visits and outstation assignments as required by the Company.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products to existing and potential customers.
• Develop new customers and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Achieve sales targets and support business growth.
• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and follow up on sales leads.
• Conduct market visits and identify new sales opportunities.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports and update customer records.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Superior / Management from time to time.
