Job summary

Wah Kong Corporation (WKC) seeks a Sales Executive to drive Bio-Mate fertiliser adoption among F&B, hospitality, agriculture, and institutional sectors in Malaysia. You will meet with farm owners, discuss waste-to-value solutions, and lead on-field initiatives to secure repeat orders.

You will travel to various farms across Malaysia, demonstrate ROI, and build lasting relationships with decision-makers while aiming to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Sales, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience in agriculture, farming supplies, or fertilizers is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of field sales and meeting revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-ground visits to farms across Malaysia (durian, organic vegetables, orchid, nurseries).
• Identify and prospect new farm clients via networking, referrals, and territory mapping.
• Build relationships with farm owners and agricultural decision-makers.
• Demonstrate product benefits and ROI through field trials and crop performance evidence.
• Convert prospects into regular customers with monthly/seasonal orders.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Bio-Mate fertiliser products.
• Educate farmers on Bio-Mate's enzyme-digested formulation and benefits.
• Process orders accurately and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.
