Job summary

WINTOO TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. is expanding its Direct Sales Team in Puchong, Selangor. This full-time role focuses on acquiring and managing clients for our technology solutions, with performance-based earnings potential.

You will engage prospects, present product demonstrations, and collaborate with product, support and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementations. Prior experience in tech sales is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Proven track record in direct or consultative sales.
• Experience in technology or software industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and qualify potential customers through cold calling, networking and referrals.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, articulating value of solutions.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline with proactive follow-ups.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms.
• Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare and present proposals tailored to customer needs.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
