Job summary

ARUSJAYA TIMUR SDN BHD is seeking a Sales Executive to promote EBARA pumps, spare parts, and related products to new and existing customers in Malaysia. You will build strong relationships with customers, contractors and consultants, coordinating with technical and operations teams for smooth order fulfilment and after-sales support.

The role requires 1–2 years of sales experience (fresh graduates welcome) and strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in business, marketing, electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in pumps or industrial equipment.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven, proactive and able to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Valid driving license and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell EBARA pumps, spare parts, and related products to new and existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, consultants, and other relevant parties.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on sales enquiries, and negotiate with customers to secure orders.
• Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding accounts when required.
• Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and after-sales support.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on sales activities.
• Travel within Pahang, Terengganu, and Kelantan when required.
