Hibiscus Petroleum Berhad in Bandar Seri Begawan is seeking a Maintenance Lead to oversee field operations, maintenance and inspection activities for onshore and offshore equipment. The role reports to the Head of Field Operations and is a permanent, full-time position.

The Maintenance Lead will manage the maintenance team, coordinate programs and budgets, and drive engineering projects while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance within Management of Change processes.

Responsabilités

• Managing the Maintenance Team and overseeing maintenance programs, budgets, engineering projects, and operational support for onshore and offshore equipment, while adhering to internal processes like Management of Change.
• Ensuring timely and safe maintenance operations and compliance with established procedures and safety standards.
