Job summary

Perunding D Lite Sdn Bhd is seeking experienced Company Site Representatives to oversee offshore operations, marine maintenance and multi-contractor execution in Sabah, Malaysia. The role requires robust supervision of vessel repairs and major equipment overhauls with a focus on safety, efficiency and timely execution.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in oil & gas, exposure to FPSO operations, and holds hull/marine inspection certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of oil and gas operations experience, offshore FPSO exposure preferred.
• Holds hull/marine inspection certificate or related CoC/class survey experience.
• Proven track record managing SIMOPS in multi-contractor offshore environments.
• Valid offshore medical certificate.
• Sabahan candidates preferred; strong English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate offshore operations, marine maintenance, vessel repair and major equipment overhaul.
• Supervise multiple contractors and ensure coordination of personnel, equipment and resources.
• Manage SIMOPS within a multi-contractor offshore environment.
• Monitor progress, contractor performance and compliance with work scopes, schedules and safety rules.
• Coordinate with offshore management, contractors and stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Provide technical and operational oversight during marine maintenance and repair campaigns.
• Identify risks, resolve site issues and escalate critical matters timely.
• Ensure compliance with HSE procedures, permit-to-work systems and offshore requirements.
• Prepare daily progress updates, reports and relevant site documentation.
• Participate in execution planning, risk assessments, SIMOPS planning and method statement evaluations.
• Liaise with OIM, project teams and contractors to coordinate operations and readiness.
