Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business administration or similar discipline.
• 7+ years of experience overseeing administrative and/or support services in energy services.
• Detailed technical knowledge of company systems and standards.
• Experience in PSL of the Company and/or support services in field locations.
• Significant related work experience may substitute for the degree.

Responsibilities

• Supervises facility and support services personnel in HSE and HR functions.
• Implements and executes HMS standards and processes for facilities.
• Promotes efficiency gains across facilities.
• Responsible for overall facility maintenance.
• Maintains competency management processes.
• Safeguards facility assets.
• Reports CPI and leads safety, quality, and environmental initiatives.
• Coordinates cross-line support for PSL and BD.
• Manages department budget and 10–25 staff.
