Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring for a field technician to troubleshoot and maintain network and customer premises equipment in Johor Bahru area. You will install, repair, and maintain cable infrastructure and cabling systems, ensuring reliable service for customers.

The role requires hands-on experience with electrical tools, reading technical manuals, and a valid driver’s license. This full-time position offers health insurance and leave benefits in a dynamic telecom setting.

Qualifications

• SPM / Diploma in Electronic/Electrical Engineering / Certificate with major in Telecommunication or related fields.
• WAH/ CIDB/ NIOSH certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot on network equipment and customer premise equipment.
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems and install/repair cable infrastructure.
• Carry out maintenance on existing cabling systems and troubleshoot cable networks.
• Handle basic repairs and maintenance; provide high-quality service to customers.
• Process trouble tickets and other ad-hoc tasks as required by department.

• To perform troubleshooting on network equipment as well as customer premise equipment
• Conduct maintenance of electrical systems
• Installing, maintaining, and repairing cable infrastructure.
• Performing maintenance on existing cabling systems.
• Troubleshooting issues with cable network.
• Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
• Provide high-quality service to all customers
• Other ad-hoc task as and when required by the department
• To perform trouble ticket (TT)/Docket

Qualifications
