Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Senior Service Technician to support site visits, including machinery installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. This position is based at our Masai, Johor office and involves travelling to customer sites.

Responsibilities include installation and maintenance of machinery, troubleshooting to restore operations quickly, and advising on spare parts during service calls. Travel and own transport are required.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years’ experience in machinery installation or maintenance.
• Diploma/Certificate in Electrical/Engineering, Wireman PW4, Chargeman AO, or equivalent.
• Willing to travel outstation and own transport.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation & maintenance of the machinery.
• Troubleshoot machine glitch and making sure that machines are restore with lowest lost time.
• Offer suggestion of spare parts to customer during maintenance and repair work.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in machinery installation or maintenance preferred with Diploma/Certificate in Electrical/Engineering, Wireman (PW4), Chargeman (AO), or equivalent.
• Experience in Electrical Control Panel, Instrumentation & HVAC System
• Willing to travel outstation
• Ability to speak and write English will be an added advantage.
• Candidates must have own transport.
