Job summary

CelcomDigi Berhad is seeking a Fibre Convergence Specialist to act as the go-to expert for fibre and convergence solutions, guiding customers from registration through onboarding with strong sales focus.

You will drive store Home targets for Fibre and FWA, lead in-store launches, and proactively identify upsell opportunities across CelcomDigi products and services. Installation, setup, and connectivity testing are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Fresh - participation in activities like student council, clubs, sports, languages, or volunteering.
• 0-3 years experience in Telecommunications, Fibre, Networking, Retail Banking/Insurance, Property & Development or FMCG.
• Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through end-to-end home Fibre/FWA registration and onboarding journey.
• Own and drive store Home targets, including Fibre and FWA performance.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across CelcomDigi products and services.
• Perform fibre installation, ONT/router setup, and service activation at customer premises.
• Configure WiFi connectivity, test, and ensure service stability post-installation.
• Maintain system updates, customer service standards, and inventory accountability.

Your Responsibilities:

• Guide customers across the end-to-end home (Fibre / FWA) registration and onboarding journey.
• Own and drive store Home targets, including Fibre and FWA performance.
• Strive to help store to achieve high fibre conversion rate.
• Serve as the in-store lead for Home and convergence-related product launches and initiatives.
• Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across CelcomDigi products and services.
• Perform fibre installation, ONT/router setup, and service activation at customer premises.
• Configure WiFi connectivity, conduct testing, and ensure service stability upon completion.
• Support troubleshooting and rectification of installation or connectivity issues when required.
• Ensure proper cable management, safety compliance, and quality installation standards.
• Maintain accurate system updates, customer service standards, and accountability for assigned inventory and tools.

Your merits:

• Fresh - experience in extracurricular activities i.e. Student Council, Clubs & Societies, Sports, Foreign Languages, Volunteering & etc.
• 0-3 years - experience in Telecommunications, Fibre and Computing, Networking, Retail Banking / Insurance, Property & Development and FMCG
• Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree or its equivalent
• Must possess own transport (car)and willing to travel based on business requirements
