Job summary

CelcomDigi Berhad is seeking a Fibre Convergence Specialist to drive home fibre and convergence solutions. You will guide customers through end-to-end onboarding, own store targets, and lead product launches while identifying upsell opportunities.

The role requires strong communication, time management, and a customer-first mindset. Responsibilities include installing fibre at customer premises, configuring WiFi, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome with diverse extracurriculars.
• 0-3 years experience in Telecommunications, Fibre and Networking.
• Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree or its equivalent.
• Must possess own transport and willing to travel based on business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers across end-to-end Home registration and onboarding (Fibre / FWA).
• Own and drive store Home targets, including Fibre and FWA performance.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across CelcomDigi products and services.
• Perform fibre installation, ONT/router setup, and service activation at customer premises.
• Configure WiFi connectivity, conduct testing, and ensure service stability.
• Support troubleshooting and rectification of installation or connectivity issues.
• Ensure proper cable management, safety compliance, and quality installation standards.
• Maintain accurate system updates, customer service standards and inventory/tools.
