Job summary

MARIBUMI SDN BHD is seeking a Control Centre Operator/Officer to monitor and operate the Network Management System. You will be responsible for managing fiber optic cable faults, escalating issues to the proper team, and recording customer inquiries and complaints.

The role requires ability to multitask, work well in a team, and operate with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate holds a IT-related certificate or diploma and has at least 1 year of IT experience, with willingness to work

Qualifications

• Min. Certificate or Diploma or its equivalent in IT background.
• At least 1 year and above working experience in IT background.
• Able to work by shift.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate Network Management System (NMS).
• Responsible for Fiber Optic Cable fault management.
• Escalate faults to the nearest team.
• Handle and record customers' enquiries and complaints.
• Identify problems, multi-task, and work both in a team and independently.
• Prepare daily breakdown reports and other reports as required by HOD.
