Job summary

Elabram is seeking a Fiber Build Project Lead in Malaysia to manage planning, execution, and monitoring of fiber deployment. You will coordinate with contractors, review technical documentation, and present progress updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with baselines.

The role requires proactive risk management, strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners, and delivering milestones on time within the program scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, escalation, and documentation of Fiber Build activities in alignment with approved project baselines.
• Oversee and track Fiber Build and OPM implementation progress, ensuring milestones are achieved efficiently.
• Drive contractor performance to consistently meet regional SLA and KPI commitments.
• Prepare and present USP Fiber progress updates, including participation in MCMC HQ meetings.
• Review and approve HOD documentation related to Fiber Build activities.
• Provide clear and timely weekly progress reports against monthly delivery plans.
• Proactively identify, highlight, and escalation project risks, delays, and dependencies to ensure swift resolution.
• Foster strong collaboration between internal stakeholders and contractors to accelerate issue closure and maintain delivery momentum.
