Job summary

Horizon Remit Sdn Bhd in Penang, George Town, is seeking a motivated candidate to support inward and outward remittance operations. The role focuses on accurate transaction processing, foreign currency handling, daily balancing, and delivering friendly customer service for remittance and currency exchange needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage inward and outward remittance transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle foreign currency and cash operations, including daily balancing.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service for remittance and currency exchange needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality, fairness and transparency in all customer dealings.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Branch-in-Charge or Operations Team.
