Atiara Trading Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a fashion merchandising professional to manage design development, production coordination and market analysis. You will ensure timely delivery of quality garments that meet buyer specs and reflect current trends.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in fashion graphic design, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with Illustrator and Photoshop.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of fashion graphic design experience in garments or fashion.
• Strong design sense with ability to follow brief to tight deadlines.
• Proficient with design software such as Illustrator and Photoshop.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to merchandising schedule and ensure all deadlines are met
• Create innovative fabric print, product and graphic designs
• Carry out regular market survey and research on latest trends and competitor performance
• Conduct study on market trends and develop new seasonal collections and concept ideas
• Coordinate and monitor fabric and accessories to ensure timely delivery
• Ensure shipment processes are in line with buyer instructions
• Follow up and attend to all matters arising during sampling and production
• Liaise with vendors on cost negotiation and ensure final product quality standards meet requirements
• Monitor and oversee the progress of garment production according to schedule
• Negotiate and collaborate with buyer requirements
