• Degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in fashion design and product development.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, consumer behaviour and the retail industry.
• Proficiency in designing apparel wear.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Excellent sketching and technical drawing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design innovative fashion collections aligned with target market needs.
• Collaborate with merchandising team to ensure trend-driven, commercial products.
• Oversee sample and prototype development.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitors.
• Support product planning, pricing, and assortment decisions.
• Manage end-to-end production, from sourcing and quality control.
