Private Advertiser is seeking a capable Farm Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day activities of a livestock farm in Kuching, Sarawak. The role focuses on animal welfare, nutrition, breeding programs, and production performance.

You will supervise farm personnel, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and veterinary regulations while driving efficient livestock production.

Formación

• Degree in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Livestock Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in livestock farming or animal production.
• Strong knowledge of animal health, nutrition and welfare.
• Ability to supervise staff and work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.

Lead the day-to-day operations of a livestock farm in Kuching, Sarawak, with responsibility for animal welfare, nutrition, breeding programmes, farm personnel and operational performance. This farm-based position plays an important role in maintaining high standards of animal health, safety, cleanliness, compliance and production.

Key responsibilities

What we're looking for
