Job summary

SunFresh Fruit Hub Sdn Bhd in Pahang is seeking a responsible Factory Supervisor to oversee daily production at our Lanchang facility. You will lead production staff, ensure product quality and timely delivery, and uphold GMP, HACCP, HALAL and MeSTI standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Preferably at least 3 years of experience in food processing, manufacturing, or factory operations.
• Previous experience supervising production workers is an advantage.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, HALAL, and MeSTI.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily factory production and processing activities.
• Manage production workers, including manpower allocation, work schedules, and task assignments.
• Monitor production progress to ensure output targets, product quality, and delivery timelines are met.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards, including GMP, HACCP, HALAL, and MeSTI.
• Monitor proper handling, storage, and movement of raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials.
• Maintain accurate production records, inventory reports, and daily operational documentation.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, equipment cleanliness, and workplace safety.
• Identify operational issues and work with management to improve production efficiency and minimise wastage.
• Coordinate with management and other departments on production planning and operational requirements.
