Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Factory Manager to oversee all factory operations including production, packing, QA, engineering/maintenance, planning and warehouse. You will lead multiple teams to deliver safe, efficient and cost-effective results while achieving targets for production, quality and delivery.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and 8–10 years in manufacturing with 3–5 years in a managerial position. Knowledge of Lean, 5S, Kaizen and cost control is essential.

Qualifications

• Must ensure all production processes follow SOPs.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, manpower management, productivity and cost control.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall factory operations across Production, Packing, QA, Engineering/Maintenance, Planning and Warehouse/Store.
• Provide leadership to all operational teams and optimise resources.
• Ensure safe, efficient and cost-effective operations while meeting targets for production, delivery and cost.
• Drive performance aligned with Company objectives and continuous improvement.
