Job summary

Southern Concrete Sdn Bhd – Keramat Pulai, Perak is seeking aProduction Operations leader to plan, organize, and run daily plant activities to meet production targets and quality standards.

The role emphasizes resource allocation, monitoring performance, and implementing process improvements to ensure on-time shipping and cost control. You will guide factory staff and ensure safety while aligning actions with company goals.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations.
• Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.
• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
• Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
• Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions (i: ensure stocks data is correct).
• Address workers’ issues or grievances.
• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.

To perform tasks assigned by Director in line with Company’s goals and objectives.

Report daily unusual activities to Director.

Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations.

Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.

Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.

Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.

Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.

Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions (i: ensure stocks data is correct).

Able to take responsibilities - share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop factory staff.

Guide and work with subordinates to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Commit to plant safety procedures.

Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.

Address workers’ issues or grievances.

Influence and learn processes.
