Job summary

Bee Chun Heng Foodstuff Sdn Bhd is seeking a Building Facilities & Maintenance Executive to oversee upkeep of factory buildings and grounds, manage repairs, vendors and compliance so operations run safely and smoothly.

Ideal candidate holds a Diploma/ Degree in Facilities Management or related field, with 1–3 years in factory or building maintenance. Proficiency in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and basic repairs is preferred, with experience supervising contractors. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in factory/building maintenance operations
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing basics
• Willingness to respond to emergencies and maintenance calls

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily factory and building maintenance operations
• Handle general maintenance works: plumbing, painting, doors/windows/locks, lighting and basic electrical repairs
• Coordinate cleaning and housekeeping across factory and building areas
• Conduct regular inspections and plan maintenance schedules
• Respond promptly to breakdowns, complaints and emergencies
• Maintain maintenance records, service reports and spare parts inventory
• Ensure safety regulations and fire-safety compliance
