Job summary

Keysight Technologies Malaysia is seeking a factory-based product and application support specialist to assist customers with measurement and repair challenges. You will work in a fast-paced, interrupt-driven environment requiring self-motivation and prioritization.

Responsibilities include post-sales strategy, research on escalations, collaboration with Field Service Engineers and remote teams, and training Keysight support staff. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Some application and technical knowledge in test and measurement, semiconductor or electronics industry.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills, with the ability to support both pre-sales and post-sales technical inquiries.
• Knowledge in Visual Studio, C#, C++, Python will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales support and develop the support strategy for new products.
• Use in-depth technical or scientific knowledge and product expertise to research and resolve product support escalations.
• Interact directly with customers or provide deep support internally to Field Service Engineers, Remote Engineers, or customer call center personnel.
• Ensure support plan, repair levels, and production support plans are developed and implemented for new products.
• Provide technical product and measurement consulting on presales opportunities.
• Interact with marketing, sales, technical support, QA, manufacturing, product development, and external customers to ensure products have necessary features, cost parameters, supportability goals, reliability targets and release schedules.
• Write product/process user documentation.
• Develop and deliver technical training to Keysight technical support teams, such as field service and remote service engineers.
• Work on technical marketing assignments with clearly defined objectives.
• Solve problems of limited scope and complexity.
