Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Some application and technical knowledge in test and measurement, semiconductor or electronics industry.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills, with the ability to support both pre-sales and post-sales technical inquiries.
• Knowledge in Visual Studio, C#, C++, Python will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales support for Keysight instruments and develop support strategy for new products.
• Research and resolve product support escalations using in-depth technical knowledge.
• Develop and implement support plans for new products and production support.
• Offer technical product and measurement consulting on presales opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, QA, manufacturing, and product development to ensure features and reliability.
• Write product/process user documentation and deliver technical training to support teams.
• Engage in technical marketing tasks with defined objectives and solve problems of limited scope.
