Job summary

Elis Malaysia Cleanroom is seeking a Facilities Executive to manage daily facility operations and maintenance at our manufacturing site. You will plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for facility equipment and utilities, ensuring reliability and compliance.

Key duties include coordinating contractors, preparing maintenance reports, monitoring GMP/ISO/OSH compliance, supporting improvement projects, and conducting root cause analysis for recurring issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance and compliance is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate contractors and maintain records.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO, OSH requirements is advantageous.
• Strong documentation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily facility operations and maintenance activities for the manufacturing site.
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for facility equipment and utility systems.
• Monitor and maintain water systems, HVAC, air compressors, dryers, washers, and other facility utilities.
• Perform routine inspection, troubleshooting, and follow-up on equipment and facility abnormalities.
• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules, checklists, and maintenance records are properly maintained and updated.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors for maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, quotation, and improvement works.
• Prepare maintenance reports, work instructions, checklists, and other technical documentation.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure maintenance work is completed according to requirements and schedule.
• Support facility improvement and upgrading projects, including utility and infrastructure modifications.
• Ensure facility systems and equipment comply with applicable GMP, ISO, OSH, JKKP, BOMBA, and company requirements.
• Support OSH activities, including workplace inspections, risk assessments, incident reporting, fire drills, LOTO activities, and corrective actions.
• Assist in statutory inspection, certification, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, EHS, HR, contractors, and other departments regarding facility-related matters.
• Conduct troubleshooting and basic root cause analysis for recurring equipment and facility issues.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for maintenance activities, inspections, breakdowns, and corrective actions.
• Perform other facility and engineering duties assigned by management.

Monitor and maintain RO water system, DI water system, HVAC, air compressors, dryers, washers, and other facility utilities.

Perform routine inspection, troubleshooting, and follow-up on equipment and facility abnormalities.

Ensure preventive maintenance schedules, checklists, and maintenance records are properly maintained and updated.

Coordinate contractors and vendors for maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, quotation, and improvement works.

Prepare PR, RFQ, maintenance reports, work instructions, checklists, and other technical documentation.

Monitor contractor performance and ensure maintenance work is completed according to requirements and schedule.

Ensure facility systems and equipment comply with applicable GMP, ISO, OSH, JKKP, BOMBA, and company requirements.
