Phabritek Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee maintenance, inspection and repair of essential building systems in a manufacturing environment in Malaysia.

You will lead or support construction, renovations and upgrades, manage budgets and timelines, and coordinate with contractors and internal teams. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management or related engineering discipline, with 3–4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) systems, HVAC, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Experience handling RBA audits and customer compliance audits is highly preferred.
• Excellent understanding of Malaysian safety regulations and risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage maintenance, inspection, and repair activities for facility systems to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor and follow up on maintenance issues to resolve them in a timely manner.
• Lead or support facility projects including budgets, timelines, and contractor coordination.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies (e.g., DOE, DOSH) to ensure compliance and services.
• Maintain records and prepare SOPs and working instructions; ensure documentation is up-to-date.
• Coordinate with vendors to complete projects within contract obligations.
