Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd in Kulai, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure reliability of building and FM systems, and manage the performance of the FM service provider to meet safety, quality, cost and compliance objectives.

You will lead a team of technicians, drive preventive and corrective maintenance, manage budgets, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure adherence to EHS policies while continuously improving service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 3–5 years’ experience in Facility Management.
• Strong knowledge of facilities systems.
• Contract and vendor management expertise.
• Good understanding of EHS and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance activities.
• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection).
• Ensure equipment reliability and minimal downtime.
• Lead SLA performance with the FM service provider.
• Monitor work orders and service requests.
• Coordinate with internal departments to minimize disruption.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and EHS policies.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports.
