Job summary

Responsibilities include safety management, regular inspections, space optimization, and planning for future facility needs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Civil Engineering, Electrical, or a related field.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a related field; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of building systems such as air-conditioning, plumbing, CCTV, and fire safety systems.
• Manage and maintain building infrastructure including the roof, Passenger Hoist, and common areas.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor and maintain all safety protocols to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Respond to urgent facility issues or emergencies with timely solutions.
• Ensure business continuity by addressing disruptions caused by facility-related issues.
