• At least Certificate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven 2 years' experience as a Facilities Technician, Maintenance Technician, or similar role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills across with different department.
• Relevant certifications in electrical work, refrigeration, or other specialised maintenance disciplines are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of facility improvements and upgrades as directed by facility management.
• Receive and execute daily work orders and job assignments delegated by the Supervisor.
• Collaborate with the Supervisor to quickly troubleshoot and rectify faults found in machinery, building equipment, and facility systems.
• Support fabrication needs across the production line, including installing, modifying, and maintaining air piping and other utility distribution lines.
• Perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance on all general facilities, infrastructure, and core production support systems.
• Ensure all maintenance practices and facility operations comply strictly with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 14001 standards.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders, diagnosing equipment faults and implementing effective repairs.
• Carry out any other ad-hoc tasks and assignments given by Superiors to support plant operations.

About the role

This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining the operational efficiency and safety of our manufacturing facility. As a facilities Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of building systems, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure a safe and productive working environment for all staff members. This role is essential to our operations, directly supporting the smooth running of our engineering and manufacturing activities.

Key responsibilities
