Job summary

ADAT MAKMUR SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an administrator for high-rise residential and commercial property management. A Diploma is required; fresh graduates are welcome. You will use Microsoft Office and support budgeting, debt collection, and service contracts for owners and tenants.

Strong written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential as you liaise with stakeholders and guide a team of clerks/technicians, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in related discipline is required.
• Experience in high rise residential or commercial property management is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor budgeted costs for JMBs/MCs and strata properties.
• Monitor and coordinate collection of overdue debts.
• Liaise with owners/tenants and follow up to satisfactory outcomes.
• Prepare service contracts, new appointments and renewals documents.
• Assist in strata property management per house rules and bylaws.
• Provide management support and leadership for clerks/technicians.
• Prepare correspondences or letters; assist in admin duties.
• Other duties as assigned by superior.
