Job summary

YAYASAN TAIWAN BUDDHIST TZU-CHI FOUNDATION MALAYSIA is seeking an experienced facilities/Building maintenance professional to supervise daily operations across BM, FA and HSSE, ensuring efficiency and high service standards at Jing Si Hall Infrastructure.

The role requires coordinating asset control, safety compliance, and process improvements, with responsibility for special projects delegated by the CEO Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering or Property Management.
• Experience in facilities management or building maintenance.
• English fluency; Mandarin communication with Taiwanese stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across Building Maintenance (BM), Fixed Asset (FA), and Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) to ensure efficiency, service quality, and follow the process flow.
• Oversee BM management, including Preventative Maintenance, Breakdown Recovery and Improvement Projects to guarantee the performance of Jing Si Hall Infrastructure.
• Monitor service quality, response times, and service performance outcome.
• Ensure due diligence of FA are upheld in enterprise wide with conforming internal control on asset registration, statutory control, transfer, disposal, write-off and verification.
• Facilitate and enable HSSE best practices to ensure full compliance with statutory entities such as DOSH + DOE + KDN.
• Conduct regular inspections and coordinate corrective actions to address operational gaps, facility needs, or service improvements.
• Undertake special assignments or projects as delegated by the CEO Office, ensuring timely completion and achievement of objectives.
