• Minimum 2 years' experience in project management or materials management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination with internal and external parties.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Assign outsourced contractors for ad-hoc and emergency repair and service at cafés, HQ, production and warehouse.
• Establish weekly reports on café touch-ups and maintenance tickets.
• Monitor and follow up on tickets to ensure timely updates and quality.
• Review proposals for technical work, cafe touch-ups and air-con maintenance.
• Coordinate with Ops on schedules and ensure spare units are ready when needed.
