Job summary

Jora Malaysia in Ipoh, Perak is seeking a Protege – Facility Management to support daily facility operations and maintenance while gaining practical industry exposure. This role offers hands-on experience in safety, administration, and coordination with contractors to ensure smooth building services.

Qualifications

• Degree in Facility Management, Building Services, Engineering, Property Management, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of facility operations and maintenance is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring daily facility and maintenance operations.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal departments for service requests.
• Assist in conducting site inspections and reporting maintenance issues.
• Support documentation, record keeping, and preparation of reports.
• Monitor asset inventory and maintenance schedules.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with safety and facility procedures.
• Support utility monitoring and general administrative tasks related to facility management.
• Participate in improvement initiatives and facility-related projects.
