Responsibilities

• Direct preventive maintenance for HVAC, primary electrical switchgear, and plumbing.
• Coordinate statutory inspections for fire safety codes, pressure vessels, and environmental standards.
• Supervise specialized vendors, from certified fire safety inspectors to solar contractors.
• Oversee industrial compressed air systems, dryers, and pneumatic distribution networks.
• Maintain automated sprinkler systems, fire alarms, smoke detectors, and suppression equipment.
• Modify and update building blueprints, structural layouts, and asset locations using CAD software.
• Map out equipment placements and office footprints to maximize operational efficiency.
• Manage photovoltaic (PV) arrays, commercial inverters, and renewable energy metrics.
• Oversee server room environmental controls (cooling, UPS) and structured network cabling.
• Maintain IP cameras, network video recorders (NVR), and digital access control systems.
