Job summary

The role supports energy management and safety compliance under supervision. Candidates should have a Diploma or relevant certification with 1–2 years of experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to follow defined procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant certification required or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of job-related experience.
• Physical ability to perform duties including lifting and climbing.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and maintain safety standards.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on building mechanical and electrical systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose issues, and perform repairs.
• Assist installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Communicate clearly and succinctly about tasks and results.
• Contribute to team goals through defined duties and procedures.
