Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain small to medium sized buildings and industrial systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and support energy management while following established procedures.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, diagnose issues, and perform repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems run efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Follow defined procedures to solve straightforward problems and communicate clearly.
• Contribute to team output by performing duties as directed.
