Job summary

Upright Talent is seeking a diligent Maintenance Technician to manage daily facility operations in a multinational FMCG environment. You will maintain air compressors, AHUs, and water systems while overseeing cooling towers and related equipment.

The role requires coordinating maintenance work and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has hands-on maintenance experience in food manufacturing or similar settings, plus knowledge of electrical, mechanical and facility systems.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in food manufacturing or similar industry.
• Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical and facility maintenance.
• Able to coordinate maintenance work and supervise technicians.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily facility operations and maintenance.
• Maintain air compressors, AHUs and air dryers.
• Oversee cooling towers and water systems.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Check electrical panels and basic facility instrumentation.
• Monitor facility systems through SCADA.
• Coordinate maintenance of forklifts and scissor lifts.
• Maintain maintenance records and equipment licences.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, FSSC and GMP standards.
• Liaise with contractors and local authorities when needed.
