Job summary

Inventec Appliances (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisory/Manager to lead the factory facilities maintenance team and ensure safe, reliable operation of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, water and building systems.

The role focuses on planning preventive maintenance, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing contractor activities while maintaining regulatory compliance and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in factory facility maintenance, utility operations or industrial equipment maintenance.
• Candidates with supervisory or team management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with multiple utility and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the maintenance team.
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities, allocate manpower, monitor quality and performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to drive preventive maintenance programs.
• Oversee maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, air compressors, water, and building systems.
• Manage contractors and supervise projects to ensure safety, on-time delivery and quality.
• Ensure ISO management systems compliance and support audits.
