Job summary

You will drive high-value engineering solutions focused on reliability, standardization, cost leadership, and efficiency across facilities systems.

You will oversee mechanical, electrical, control, gas/chemical, DIW and IWW infrastructure, and be responsible for hiring, developing and retaining engineering talent to meet long-term

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and manage engineering projects including system expansions, retrofits, replacements and improvements.
• Drive long-range roadmap to align with facilities vision and strategy.
• Ensure timely delivery, high quality and regulatory compliance of projects.
• Lead system reliability efforts including troubleshooting, FMEA, RCA and cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify and implement cost-reduction initiatives and benchmark utilities usage.
• Collaborate on technology integration including advanced design and smart facility systems.
• Develop and retain engineering talent through coaching, mentorship and career development guidance.
