Job summary

Texas Instruments Incorporated in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a KL Commissioning Lead to drive the site-wide commissioning program for a new assembly/test footprint. You will manage master plans, schedules, QA/QC oversight, and coordination with trade contractors and TI engineering leads.

You will lead pre-functional and functional testing of MERFEI systems, building services, and utilities including BMS, and deliver complete turnover packages at project close.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale commissioning projects.
• Experience coordinating with multiple contractors.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the site-wide commissioning program with master plan and schedules.
• Lead QA/QC oversight across all trade contractors with ITPs and NCRs.
• Drive pre-functional and functional testing for MERFEI systems, utilities and BMS.
• Coordinate punch list generation and resolution with Construction Manager and TI leads.
• Track progress and report turnover status to TI Project Manager.
• Ensure as-built conditions are reflected in documentation.
• Standardize processes across site and align with global QAQC/CX.
