Job summary

Texas Instruments Incorporated is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager for semiconductor factory expansion and tool hook-up in Melaka, Malaysia. You will lead mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and utility scope across planning, installation, commissioning, and handover in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires strong field execution experience, understanding of cleanroom utility systems, and collaboration with contractors, vendors, tool owners, and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Semiconductor Facilities and/or Construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.
• Experience delivering MEP scope in semiconductor/fab environments.
• Experience supporting tool hook-up, factory expansion, utility upgrades, or commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP coordination for tool hook-up, facilities expansion, and cleanroom conversion from planning to handover.
• Review design drawings, layouts, and submittals to ensure readiness for execution.
• Coordinate electrical and mechanical utility expansion to support new tools and capacity.
• Support cleanroom conversion activities and readiness for manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate utility connections and facility interfaces for tool installations and start-up.
