Job summary

Linergy Power Sdn Bhd is seeking a Facilities Engineer to manage and maintain factory facilities and engineering systems, including HVAC, dehumidification, CDA, vacuum, power, and electrical systems, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operations.

The role requires a Diploma or higher in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related fields, plus at least 3 years of experience in industrial plant or facility engineering. CAD and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, water and drainage, and related facility systems.
• Experience in industrial plant or facility engineering is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation, maintenance, and repair of factory facilities and utility systems.
• Oversee engineering projects including design review, quality, cost, schedule, and safety.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
• Lead facility upgrades and small-scale engineering projects.
• Troubleshoot facility and operational issues to ensure stable operations.
• Supervise and train technicians and develop SOPs and manuals.
• Ensure compliance with EHS policies and safety requirements.
