Job summary

Parkson is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to support maintenance operations across our stores and HQ. You will coordinate repair works, monitor documentation, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

You will liaise with store operations, coordinate contractor rectification, compile maintenance records, and assist with budget monitoring to keep expenditures within approved limits. Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years M&E experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required; fresh graduates welcome.
• 1–2 years experience in M&E preferred.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Maintenance Executive/Manager with general repair works at HQ.
• Help ensure compliance with OSHA, BOMBA and Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
• Liaise with store operations about maintenance issues and propose solutions.
• Coordinate rectification works with contractors and stores.
• Compile maintenance documentation, including R&M, Capex and NTPO records.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly Maintenance Checklist Reports.
• Monitor lighting stock and warranty status for all stores.
• Track monthly electricity and water bills.
• Maintain e-filing for WPRs, DOs and Service Reports.
• Summarise M&E Contract Agreements for reference and renewal tracking.
• Support budget monitoring and cost analysis within approved budget.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical, Building Services or PW3 Wireman Certificate (or equivalent).
• Basic knowledge of M&E systems and building services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in M&E systems is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Maintain the e-filing system for Work Progress Reports, Delivery Orders (DO) and Service Reports.
• Summarise and maintain M&E Contract Agreements for reference and renewal tracking.
• Support budget monitoring and perform cost analysis to ensure expenditure remains within the approved budget.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management.
