Job summary
Nyan Kids (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive graduate to support the garment production workflow in Skudai, Johor. The role involves handling I3Soft and SMEE systems, importing GT Nexus data, and coordinating with suppliers and factories to keep BOMs and orders accurate.

Qualifications
- Fresh graduate in garment/textile/fashion welcome to apply.
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good interpersonal and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the I3Soft system with latest SMEE data.
- Download GT Nexus files and upload to I3Soft for BOM planning.
- Enter Franchise Orders into SMEE booking system and upload to I3Soft.
- Prepare bulk dyelot and S/O for inspections and travel.
- Monitor Smartsheet for S/O comments and release to mills.
- Coordinate with San Francisco buyers on S/O submissions and color comments.
- Ensure timely dispatch of approved S/O and bulk dyelot samples.
- Notify mills when new CAD artworks are available and assist others as needed.
