Job summary

Hajris Holdings is seeking a training-focused professional to conduct outlet-based training, onboarding and SOP education across multiple outlets in Kuala Lumpur. You will support audits, maintain training records, and collaborate with HR, QA/QC, Marketing and Operations to ensure policy adherence.

Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication are essential. Applicants should have at least 2 years in F&B or hospitality training, with certifications in areas such as trainer certification,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the F&B or hospitality industry, specifically in training, quality assurance, and operations.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing and able to travel to outlets regularly (own a car).
• Must possess at least three of the listed certifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site and floor-level training at various outlets
• Deliver onboarding, food safety, hygiene, and SOP training
• Support ground training or operational audits during scheduled weekends
• Maintain up-to-date training records and reports
• Collaborate with HR, QA/QC, Marketing, and Operations for compliance-related training
• Ensure team competency and adherence to company policies and SOPs
