Job summary

Doublecove Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian food and beverage company, seeks an F&B Supervisor to lead daily outlet operations and ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, cleanliness and staff performance. You will lead the service team during shifts and support management in achieving outlet sales and operational objectives.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, coaching staff, managing cash and stock, and upholding food safety and hygiene.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in the F&B, cafe, restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong customer-service and people-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of POS, cash handling, inventory control and outlet operations.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Responsible, hands-on and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and supervise daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service, cleanliness and stock readiness.
• Guide Service Crew, assign duties, monitor attendance and coach staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service, handle enquiries and escalate complaints.
• Oversee cashiering: verify cash, reconcile endings and report discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering and FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and workplace safety compliance.
• Support management in achieving sales targets and controlling costs.
• Prepare daily reports and communicate shift information to the next supervisor.
