Job summary

MOXY Putrajaya is seeking an energetic F&B Supervisor to lead our Crew and deliver vibrant, memorable dining experiences. You will oversee daily restaurant and bar operations, support the team, and uphold high standards of service, safety, and presentation.

The role focuses on supervising service, training and developing teammates, and maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced hotel environment in Putrajaya. A minimum of 2 years in F&B with supervisory exposure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, motivate, and support the Crew to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Monitor dining areas to ensure service, cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction standards are maintained.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily operational updates.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately, including setting up and securing outlets.
• Inspect team grooming, uniform standards, and overall professional presentation.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation (FIFO), storage organization, and cleanliness.
• Complete inventory counts and coordinate requisition of supplies as required.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery opportunities professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up on repair works when required.
• Work closely with Kitchen, Bar, Front Office, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with Marriott, Moxy, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
